The vision of the scheme is to encourage young scientists and researchers by providing them by providing travel grants to young scientists and researchers for professional growth, global exposure, and collaboration, fostering a new generation of leaders in science and technology research.
Objective
The primary objective of this scheme is to:
- To provide travel grant to young scientists and researchers under 40 years of age who are working in universities, colleges, or research centers of our state.
- This support aims to enable them to participate in national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars, thereby facilitating knowledge exchange, networking, and exposure to global scientific advancements.
Grant: 50% of air fare or Rs.30,000/- whichever less in case of International Conferences and 100% train fare in case of National Conferences
Beneficiaries: 05 Student, research scholars, faculties and scientists are supported

Proposals are invited throughout the year. The same should be submitted as per TNSCST guidelines and format.
